It is OK to hoard classified documents, and to run the country even though you are feeble minded and old. As long as your name Biden you are OK, as long as your name is not Trump. The special council said it did not clear Biden of charges, but he will get away Scott free with out a charge because his name is Biden. Biden is to feeble minded and to old to run the country.

Just that he thought there was No chance of a conviction against Senile old ZOMBIE JOE. IN WASHINGTON DC! Any other state would HOSE the old GIT.  8^)
