I really can't relate to this one, but that could be because I have this thing about touching and being touched. Without those, my carnal instincts are barely aroused.
I can see how it could slow sex trafficking. Don't need real girls in front of the camera if the AI can make ones that look just as real. Easy to change to blonde, redhead, brunette. And other adjustments. All from one base model.
OTOH, it could lead to more porn, since "it isn't real and thus can't hurt anyone". Truely victimless.
Taking that argument then allows for more and more deviant types, including children. "No real children harmed, so what is the harm" type of argument.
