"There are a number of things on the issue of the economy as a whole that we must do… and a lot of that work is the work that I am here to do...on the continent,"

We need another term beside "word salad" though - most people like salads and at worst they're harmless. There is nothing likeable/harmless about a U.S. V.P. who is unable/unwilling to make sense. It's horribly discouraging. Maybe "word-vomit".

It's also similar to the sort of mumbling one commonly sees with nervous crack/cocaine/meth addicts.

Generally I've noticed that since the Eightball Obama administration, democrat party leaders seem to think that by describing things in detail, they somehow appear to be "in charge" of things or "smart".

At least neither she nor her boss are actually in charge of anything.

Part of the problem is that we don't know who her boss is.

Good point. We are seeing just how horribly chaotic things get when a party tries to establish a consensus-obsessed oligarchy without strong, coherent leadership or policies.

It's beginning to look like Clint Eastwood's "empty chair" bit was dead, spot-on. The ship of state is rudderless going in circles and the free world is degenerating every day into more and more chaos as the despots look on with grim determination.

There is even less accountability than normal. We don't even know who to blame. They can do anything they want via a puppet.
