In reading all of the information, some of the illegal manipulation is being conducted by Chinese national scientists and some by American universities and scientists. One particular manipulation was done to the common adenovirus. The common adenovirus that the children with the strange Hepatitis A and liver damage, is showing up on. Not one news outlet has taken the time to report this.

The Wuhan lab has never allowed investigation and the U.S. government under Xiden has been remarkably indifferent to any pursuit of the PRC's massive crime against Humanity in concealing the outbreak, then deliberately disseminating the virus to the entire planet.
If I were Emperor, thermonuclear weapons would already have been deployed to PRC targets. Something must discourage them from ever doing it again. Or it is a near-certainty that they will.
Xi is a fairly good man and a brilliant ruler - but he like Satan, rules over Chaos and so cannot really do enough to truly contain all of the Hell that comes out of the PRC.
