He started a balloon company in Tucson half owner with Tencent. He talked Pima County to pay part of the expenses to build World View, the spy balloon company. For some reason the company just blew up, exploded and the discussions ended. He was affiliated with another Chinese company and claimed he knew nothing about it, but it was discovered his daughter was a bigwig at the company. |
