To be fair, I personally know a Haitian immigrant who is an aerospace engineer who worked on the robot-arm project for the STS (space shuttle) program. So not all Haitian's are disease carrying losers. That being said Haiti has the lowest average income of any country in the Western Hemisphere. The average I.Q. there is about 80. |
