It's not being alarmist to say that without a resolute, effective POTUS there can be no firm, consistent, effective U.S. foreign policy. I emphatically dispute anyone who maintains that there currently is... U.S. foreign policy is equivalent to a massive, powerful ship on the ocean without anyone steering.
