I've done some research into colon health and come up with some helpful information. For anyone who's interested, PM and I will share with you. 

Frankly, one reason I don't want to share on the open forum is to reward members with valuable information, and prevent hostile lurkers from obtaining same. 

I know that seems sort of petty, but that's how I roll in terms of sharing such things. It will allow someone to learn in a few minutes what it has taken me a lifetime of study, practice and experimentation to figure out about human health. 

I don't expect to be paid for it, but I won't give it away to unworthy recipients who will likely use their lives to cause more trouble than they solve in the world.
