I live in Mexifornia in a town just outside Lost Angeles (a civilized enclave of sanity in Southern Mexifornia). One of MY pet peeves is militant atheists who try to engage in spiritual debates as if they are religious scholars because they have read some religious texts and scripture.  

One of my favorite things is any sort of great tasting food that is also healthy. 

One of my hobbies is science. Another is creative writing.
