I think it's possible that people underestimate the wickedness of the highest level democrat party planners. It is possible that all of the profligate overspending and seemingly irrationally destructive policies which never fix anything and to the contrary make most matters worse, are not just stupidity - but malice. 

The goal of the Cloward-Piven strategy is to collapse the capitalist system by bankrupting the government, then using mass media et al, to convince the voters that the blame belongs not to those who made the decisions and forced them on the public, but on "capitalism". Then they hope to convince people to vote for radical socialist policies to replace free markets and capitalism generally. 

The whole stinking mess has the added factor that virtually every such disastrous policy leaves an elite upper echelon of wealthy (left or globalist-aligned) powerful elites entrenched in the power structure to cement everything into place permanently - creating a one-party leftist oligarchy to replace the free representative constitutional republic we have had through three centuries.
