Republicans gain political power by exploiting the already existing House of Representatives CONSERVATIVE Blue Dog Coalition members and CONSERVATIVE Democrat members of the US Senate.  Liberal Democrats in Congress and the Senate become marginalized.

Election day becomes secondary. This is the problem.  Every other November elections raise a lot of money for the Republican Party from campaign candidate contributions and PACs.  Republicans will never give this up.  Republicans don't care about solving America's problems.  If they did they would have created the House of Representatives CONSERVATIVE Red Dog Coalition years ago.
