Every month, there are on average less murders in Baghdad than in Chicago and it's been that way for a long time now. The 'Crats are busy at work (like termites) slowly-but-inevitably turning the USA into a third-world shit-hole, one city at a time. For 'Crats it is not that the world should be elevated to the status of the USA, but that the USA should be degraded to the lowly chaotic, horrible condition of the rest of the world.
