Reported today that Musk refused to accept appointment to the Twit BOD. See, he signed an agreement that if he became a board member, he would not buy more than 15% of the stock. That means he (or an investment group) could now conceivably buy controlling interest in the company. heh So if Truth Social doesn't pan out, DJT might be interested... |
