Lost Angeles is not just having a "seasonal summer crime surge" the violent criminals of the city are basically letting LEOs know that they are NOT AFRAID and will DO WHATEVER THEY PLEASE in the face of the feckless law enforcement administrated by the psychotic democrat leaders of Mexifornia and Lost Angeles.
