It's a little wonky unless you follow court rulings - Teebone would have been stoked...and so am I. There are signs-of-life yet in the US government. I'm not gonna post any articles for now, but it's all over the Net with cheering and outrage by people on both sides of the public policy debate. It basically cuts the wings of sweeping EPA regulatory rulings that smother economic growth. *ACF- Anti-Conservative-Fanatic
