I would be concerned about viruses etc. if I got a machine from an unknown source. That could be a good way to steal someone's information - plant a virus in the OS that triggers after say six months, then steal all of the data and put a ransom-ware hex on it. Obviously you had no problems. I am suspicious by nature (a consequence of an unhappy childhood no doubt), so please forgive me if I have offended.
