Original Message:   There's something you don't see every day, Chauncy...a dive team at a house in Pacoima, CA.

I read the article out of casual interest because Pacoima is close to my community, and the fact that it mentioned Hazmat so I was curious. I had to do a double-take at the end of the article because of the last sentence.

"Crews from LAPD's dive team wearing hazmat suits showed up at the house in the 12500 block of Debell Street early Wednesday morning, saying they were about to go into 3 feet of dirty water in the home's backyard to investigate."

I'll admit I have never heard of a dive team being dispatched to a residence when there wasn't a lake, pond, river, stream or beach in their back yard.  Exploring three-feet of dirty water with a dead body somewhere under it.

 Now THAT'S livin'!!
