The military industrial complex did not like when Trump was ending wars and not starting new ones. Profits were going down. Suddenly we have an endless war in Ukraine vs Russia and we are just giving away Billions to 'help'. No oversight on the money, and much (most?) is in the form or weapons that we then buy new ones to replace our supply. Before the war, Ukraine was known to be one of the most corrupt countries. Now it is just more of that.
